Thank you for the beautiful card in memory of RB. The loving care in which you have provided for her in recent years has enabled her to live in her own home, as she clearly wanted. The dedication of the caregivers and the efficiency of the office staff combined to support our family and give a sense of reassurance in the knowledge that R was being professionally, yet sensitively cared for. As a family, we are pleased to have spent a wonderful Christmas Day with R. She quietly enjoyed the occasion, even joining in a game of cards, but her main contribution to the conversation was to recall, in some detail, her outing to the Pantomime with Home Instead – a lovely memory for her. I would like to thank all of you for the happiness you brought to my dad, J D over the past year. His visit with R to the WWII Christmas Afternoon Tea was the highlight for him and he never stopped talking about it. He always loved his trips to the pubs and tea rooms, with a lady on his arm and always talked about his day trips out. The world is an empty place without him, but he is with mum now. Dear David, I would like to say thank you for the service that your company has provided for my wife A and myself for the past 5 years.
