In February 2008, Sally opened the Sutton Coldfield office after researching local business opportunities for 10 months. Sally said, “ I had spent the last 6 years travelling the country visiting different cities because I was a Regional Manager for a specialist retail company. I saw more of the motorway network than I did my own home, plus I had just got married so I decided there had to be more to life!”
Sally went on to say, “ I was looking for a service that would make a difference to peoples lives. I was very impressed with what Home Instead Senior Care had to offers its clients. Having compared it with other care providers, the personalised approach to its clients, the time it makes available for the visits and the companionship based focus of its services made me wish it had been available when my Nana was alive. I am delighted and privileged to be able to now offer the same services in Sutton Coldfield and the surrounding areas. ”
From humble beginnings in a small office, the company has grown to their current location in a converted barn in Canwell near Bassetts Pole roundabout. The office has an open door policy and welcomes enquiries in person as well as over the phone.
