It is hugely important to us to be able to offer our clients, their families and friends, a service which can be trusted and relied upon, twenty-four hours a day. Our CAREGivers are carefully selected for their compassion, empathy and passion for caring for others and making a real difference to peoples' lives. We truly value our CAREGivers and provide them with thorough initial and on-going training and support. We are committed to quality care, based on each individual’s needs, delivered by the same CAREGivers to allow a relationship to form and develop. We carefully match our clients and CAREGivers to ensure that they are compatible. We are passionate about supporting and delivering personalised care, as requested by our clients and their families, offering a minimum visit of an hour to enable the standard of care to be what we would want for our own loved ones.
