The Home Instead Senior Care South Lincolnshire and West Norfolk office is independently owned by Jeannette McEwan with the support of her husband Duncan and son Tom.

The decision to go into care was made in 2008 after a local family member received very poor care, however, a family member in the north of England received a fantastic service from a Home Instead Senior Care branch.

From the very beginning our aim has been to provide good quality care, enabling people to stay in their own familiar surroundings, improving the quality of life and to give piece of mind to the whole family. Each individual package is tailored to meet the needs and requirements on an outcome based care plan. We have now built a fantastic reputation in 3 counties. This in itself has had it challenges, dealing with various councils, hospitals & numerous health centres.

Since January 2010 the company has expanded with Becki Smith taking over the role of Care Manager while Lynne Murch and Toni Lakey combine schedules and care. Tom McEwan combines accounts and business development.

2013 Will see the addition of a second Office, This will be based in Kings Lynn and will give the West Norfolk team a local base to work out of.

We are able to offer our list of comprehensive services to: Kings Lynn, Downham Market, Swaffham, Fakenham, Hunstanton, Spalding, Wisbech and the surrounding areas.

The South Lincolnshire Home Instead Senior Care Office is part of a global network of more than 900 locally owned and operated offices.

Just wanted to say a few comments about the carers working for your company.  They are simply fantastic people, committed to their jobs in an extraordinary way. I don't want to point out any names, they are all amazing people. Very patient and understanding, and obviously knowing their trade very well. It looks like it is more than a job for them but more like ministering to the patients. I am very happy and consider myself very lucky to be one of you clients. - Mr H - Kings Lynn
