We are writing to thank you for the care your company has given to our mother for over 3 years. As a company you have been very attentive to Mom's needs and have always helped us find a solution in difficult times. The choice of CM as chief CAREGiver was inspirational. Mom has thrived under his care. We would also like to express our gratitude to PG, who in a quieter way has been a huge support to mom. Her capable and unstinting support has been much appreciated. Both CM and PG have stepped in to help in crises at a moment's notice, when our distance from mom has been a physical barrier. The fact that you maintain a small team caring for one person over a considerable time has, we believe; helped slow down the progression of mom's condition, and we are very much grateful.
