Franchise Owner - Tracy Ferreira
Tracy Ferreira is originally from South Africa where she worked as a teacher and owned a nursery school for 15 years. When Tracy came to the UK she wanted to do something different but remain in the service industry, she had thought of caring for the elderly at an earlier stage as she had found it difficult to get an efficient and good quality home care for her father. Tracy liked the ethos of Home Instead Senior Care as they were offering a dignified and quality care service, exactly what she had been looking for but unable to find for her father. Now being the owner of the Home Instead Senior Care Solihull franchise Tracy is able to provide care to people in her community. Tracy is the registered manager and she undertakes all the networking, emergency care and works together with Sonia her care manager in recruitment and retention.

Deputy Care Manager - Kaye Lakins
Kaye Lakins joined Home Instead Senior Care in February 2011. She joined the team as a Senior CAREGiver. Kaye has progressed into the role of Deputy Care Manager due to her knowledge and experience within care. Previous to joining the Home Instead Senior Care Solihull team Kaye has worked in the care sector for over 7 years and has experience of providing care to adults in a wide range of environments, including hospital settings, residential and nursing care homes, supported living settings and in their own homes.

Cathryn Davis is the newest member of the team joining in August 2012. Cathryn has previously worked in the care sector as a care coordinator for 2 years. She has personal experience within care with her family. She came in to care to make a difference and feels she has.
