Home Instead Senior Care Solihull celebrated their 5th birthday in March 2013. Tracy Ferreira is the owner of the business and together with Kaye Lakins (deputy care manager) is at the helm of this branch.
Tracy and her husband Paul felt the need to give something of themselves back to the community and elderly care is close to their hearts. There is a great need to provide companionship to many lonely people and to provide quality care for those who may be at a stage where they are not able to provide this for themselves. Home Instead Senior Care ticked the boxes as their ethos is to provide dignity and quality care packages. The greatest triumph is putting a smile back onto a previously lonely person's face. Our CAREGivers often say they can’t believe they get paid to do something so emotionally satisfying as making someone's day.

As a company you have been very attentive to Mom's needs and have always helped us find a solution in difficult times. The choice of CM as chief CAREGiver was inspirational. Mom has thrived under his care. We would also like to express our gratitude to PG, who in a quieter way has been a huge support to mom. Her capable and unstinting support has been much appreciated. Both CM and PG have stepped in to help in crises at a moment's notice, when our distance from mom has been a physical barrier. The fact that you maintain a small team caring for one person over a considerable time has, we believe; helped slow down the progression of mom's condition, and we are very much grateful.
