Ginette and Mike Meade - Franchise Owners
As the Responsible Individual for the service registered with CQC, Ginette is responsible for overseeing the service and running the office on a daily basis. Ginettes other role is to build relationships with local providers and organisations and look for opportunities for Home Instead to contribute to the local community. Mike assists with I.T. support and general business activities. |

Marie Cavanagh - Care Manager
Marie Cavanagh has been the Care Manager for the Eastcote office since January 2008 and has overall responsibility for the delivery of services we provide and is the Registered Manager with CQC. Marie has many years experience in domiciliary care working as a carer, field supervisor, scheduler and as a Deputy Manager for a children’s care service. Marie has also worked in various hospital departments. Marie is passionate about providing an excellent level of care for our clients. Since joining our office, Marie has qualified as a Moving and Handling Trainer and has attained her NVQ 4 in Health and Social care and Leadership and Management Award level 4. Marie is also qualified as an NVQ A1 Assessor and also has Business Administration NVQ level 2, HSE First Aid at work certificate and Level 3 Award in Risk Assessment. |

Natalie Taylor - Scheduler
Natalie Taylor started work for the Eastcote office as their first Caregiver in 2007. Natalie has covered most of the administrative roles in the office and is currently the scheduler. Natalies present role as the scheduler means she is responsible for matching Caregivers and clients and ensuring that the rotas run smoothly. Natalie also accompanies Marie Cavanagh our Care Manager on the initial service enquiry call, so this means she has met all of our clients and Caregivers to ensure the best match possible. Natalie has previously worked in a residential Care Home primarily with residents in the dementia unit. Since being with the Eastcote office Natalie has attained her NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and has an NVQ level 2 in Office Administration. Natalie is currently working towards her NVQ level 2 in Team Leadership. |

Cherelle Christian
Recruitment & Retention Cherelle started with the Ruislip/Harrow office as a CAREGiver in May 2010, she has since been promoted to the position of Recruitment and retention officer in August 2011. Cherelle has completed her NVQ 3 in Health and Social care and is presently working towards her NVQ level 2 in Team leadership. |

Graham Cooper-Quality Assurance
Graham joined our team as a Caregiver in February 2011. Graham had worked mostly in an office enviroment before deciding to change his career after assisting to care for his Mother In Law. Graham is presently assisting the Care Manager Marie with spotchecks and Quality Assurance visits. Graham has completed his NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards his NVQ Level 2 in Team Leadership. Graham says "I love my job as it feels like I am going out to visit my friends". |

Sadije Zekiq
Senior CareGiver Sadije joined our team as a Caregiver in May 2009 as has recently been promoted to Senior CareGiver in April 2012. Sadije worked as a cleaner and Home help before deciding to join our team. Sadije’s new role will involve assisting the Care Manager Marie with spot checks and Quality Assurance visits and shadowing new CareGivers. Sadije has achieved her NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and is currently studying towards her QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

Josie Sanzone - Community Services Representative
Josie joined the Ruislip/ Harrow Home Instead Office as a Caregiver in November 2011 in addition to working in administrative and supervisory roles for Blue Chip companies in the restaurant industry and I.T. Josie has decided to change careers and work for Home Instead Senior Care as she has seen firsthand the difference Home Instead makes to the lives of our clients. Josie’s new role as the Community Services Representative will involve raising awareness of the Home Instead Senior Care Brand in the local community, establishing and developing relationships. Josie will also be supporting office staff with ad hoc clerical duties and she is presently studying for her level 2 Business Admin NVQ. |
