  • Staff Co-ordinator/Scheduler
    Home Instead Senior Care is the world's leading provider of home care for the elderly. The Oldham and Saddleworth office has been rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We offer a high quality, trusted service which promotes the independence of our clients and allows them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible. We are currently looking for dedicated and efficient Staff Co-ordinator to join our Office team to manage the day to day scheduling of our service.
    What we are looking for:

    Experience or working in a similar role i.e scheduling, rotas, staff coordination is desirable
    Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
    Experience of interacting or working with elderly people either paid or unpaid
    Experience in working with company computer systems
    Good standard of oral and written English
    Confident and efficient Communicator
    Ability to follow instructions and local policies and procedures
    Knowledge of Care Standards
    Good computer skills
    Excellent record keeping skills
    Must present a warm and friendly manner
    A full driving licence
    Willingness to take part in out of hours ‘on call’ on a rota basis

     Salary TBC Based on experience
