Managing Director, Mick Sheehan said “It’s a very good report with lots of positive things said about our service; it’s a real testament to the hard work and dedication of all the team”. Quality care is delivered with dignity to thousands of people on a daily basis across the country; it’s just nice to have it acknowledged.”

Home Instead clients have a care plan tailored specifically to their own needs and the service is extremely flexible ranging from a few hours a week to 24 hour care. Home help; covering housework, shopping, meal preparation and household duties and companionship services; that can involve everything from escorting clients on visits or appointments to simple conversation and good company.

The company also provides a range of specialist services, which include Alzheimer’s and dementia care, convalescence care and respite care.

“We are passionate about providing the highest standard of person-centred care. Our ethos is simple – treat others as we would wish to be treated ourselves. In doing this we are improving our clients’ quality of life and helping them to remain independent and happy at home.”
