SOCIAL CARE NEWS PROGRAMME
Home Instead Senior Care in Norwich specialises in supporting older people to live comfortably and safely in their own homes. Our services include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping and errands, personal care, medication reminders and more specialised dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
The Norwich office is owned by Chris Carter, a former community Pharmacist with many years experience of healthcare, business and management. Two members of Chris’s family have suffered from dementia and this has helped him understand the challenges that families face when arranging help at home.
Care is delivered by our carefully selected CAREGivers, who are matched to each client and visit at a time that the client requests. Our clients' needs range from companionship and weekly help around the home to daily personal care.
Our clients include individuals who have come to us themselves, older children who have contacted us on behalf of their parents, people who receive direct payments from the local authority and individuals who are referred to us by healthcare professionals and support organisations.
The team in Norwich is committed to providing the same quality of care for our clients as we would for our own parents. We passionately believe that appropriate support to help an individual remain living in their own home can dramatically improve both quality and length of life.
