During the last 17 years Linda has worked in a number of roles in the care industry and is determined to deliver a high quality care service to her clients. Putting the clients' needs first and ensuring this is maintained at all times while they are under Linda’s care is what motivates her. The chance to make a real difference to people’s lives and leading a great team of Caregivers to deliver on our promise of high quality care, is what gets Linda up in the morning.

Nick Brown

After a long career in the airline industry looking after everyone from Heads of State to holiday makers, I was keen to start a service looking after people in my own area.I was really influenced by the experience of my Grandparents, who after being let down numerous times by the care industry eventually found a company that treated them with the dignity and respect they deserved. I saw how this profoundly changed the quality of their lives and how relieved my parents were to have the enormous burden of their wellbeing lifted. After much research, I discovered Home Instead Senior Care, who shared my passion for providing the unique, personalised, quality service that I wanted to deliver to my local community in Berkhamsted. I am determined to deliver a service that vastly improves the lives of our clients, opening up whole new options for independent living and providing peace of mind for their loved ones. I am really excited by the team we have assembled here at Home Instead Hemel Hempstead and Chilterns and the service we deliver.

After many years of service in the airline industry, I too shared my husband Nick’s desire to offer a local, personalised service to look after people who required a helping hand in my local area here in Hertfordshire. I loved the ethos and the people of Home Instead and was inspired by talking to other offices how they were really impacting the lives of their clients and how the services offered by Home Instead were so needed in their communities. I am passionate to make a real difference to the lives of our clients and help their families spend quality time with them.
