A local company specialising in home care for the elderly, is set to create 40 jobs by the end of the year. Andrew and Sheena Van Parys, owners of Home Instead Senior Care in Harrogate Ripon and Thirsk are starting out the New Year on the hunt for caregivers to join their team, providing high-quality care for the local community.
Home Instead has been providing home care for individuals in and around the towns of Harrogate, Ripon and Thirsk for nearly two years and has experienced a high-demand for its services. Sheena comments, “With an ageing population, caring for the elderly is a very important issue and we have found many people are grateful to learn that we offer a realistic ‘stay at home’ option. Last year, we delivered 20,000 hours of care and although we have a team of 35 caregivers matched carefully to our clients we plan to take on another 40 by the end of 2012 to cope with the rising demand for our services.”
She continues: “We believe our success is based upon our highly personalised and tailored quality service which sets us apart from other care providers. We will continue to recruit and train the right people who share our ethos and beliefs on how care should be provided so if you are a caring and compassionate person and would like to find out more, then we want to hear from you!”
Home Instead Senior Care is changing the way care is delivered in the UK.
