The team from Home Instead Senior Care in Harrogate put their best feet forward to take part in the Memory Walk in the countryside around the village of Markington to raise funds for the Alzheimer’s Society this month.
Owners Andrew and Sheena Van Parys together with four of their team of caregivers walked five miles and raised a total of £200.
Commenting, Sheena said: “In our day to day lives we work very closely with the older people of Harrogate, so it’s great to have been able to do our bit to support such a great cause. The Memory walk is now a firm fixture on our calendar and the funds raised will help the Alzheimer’s society in their fight against dementia.”
