Having founded Home Instead Exeter & East Devon over a decade ago, after experiencing challenges with regard to the care of their own loved ones, Mark & Vanessa are hugely proud to have created a team that delivers award winning care across our communities.

Jill has a wealth of experience, working previously as Head of Service, where she supported multiple branches and Registered Managers across the South West. She brings strong leadership, in-depth sector knowledge, and a passion for high-quality care.
Jill Malpass
Registered Manager & Office Manager
Rhema has a considerable career in care and with Home Instead and has transitioned from a Care Professional role within the Company, to the Care Team Manager and has now become a Registered Manager alongside Jill and Talia.

Talia has experience in science, education and community care and brings a variety of skills to her role at Home Instead Exeter & East Devon. She has now become a Registered Manager alongside Jill and Rhema.
