Jason explained that the social worker meant our Caregivers, to which Mrs E stated, 'well I dont see them as carers, I see them as friends.'- Mrs C

I cannot praise this company enough for their professionalism and kindness when I needed care for my 89 yr old mother who was experiencing difficulties caring for herself at home. They responded immediately after my frantic telephone call, visiting me at home and going through the options available for my mother. They may not be the cheapest choice but the old adage of ‘you get what you pay for' certainly rang true in comparison to other organisations I contacted e.g. not phoning back, uncertain about what care they could offer, unsuitable times etc. The carer was introduced to Mum before she started, spending time getting to know her and the situation, explaining how she would be helping and how she could assist with dressing and preparing meals. Although Mum was reluctant at first to admit she required help, the carer's consistent attendance and kindness soon allayed the fears and she looked forward to her daily visits, enjoying the company and conversations. The fact that the carers visits where always for an hour ensured that it was not a case of in and out in 15 minutes with no time for companionship as suggested by other companies. The time spent with the carer meant that I could relax knowing my Mum was in safe hands. I would recommend this company unreservedly to anyone requiring care for either themselves or a relative and would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff for their thoughtfulness, reassurance and attention to detail.- Mrs S, daughter of a client we supported every day in the morning.
