The team from Home Instead Telford and Wrekin have raised nearly £300 for The Alzheimer’s Society at this year’s Memory Walk, which took place on Sunday 26th September at Attingham Park, Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
Joining over 100 other supporters the team walked 3 miles and were richly rewarded with tea and cake at the finish. Office owner, Jason Warren said, ‘we are proud to be able to support the Alzheimer’s Society both by raising funds and helping to raise awareness of this worthwhile cause.
On a more practical level, by specialising in at home care, Home Instead can support dementia sufferers and their families, cope with everyday activities in their own homes, whether it be home help and running errands, companionship, personal care or a combination of all three.’
