A further three team members at head office and a strong demand for their services has led the owners of at-home care company Home Instead Senior Care, East Shropshire, to relocate to new, much larger premises on Court Street in Madeley, Telford.
Caroline Wright, assistant care manager, Tracy McPhillips, recruitment and retention coordinator and Jenny Gray, scheduler, are the trio of new staff to join the team in their new abode, which features a dedicated training room, a reception area, 4 offices and an impressive garden!
Joint owner of Home Instead, Jenny Sokoloff comments “It’s fantastic that in just 18 months, since we first opened our doors for business, the success of our service means that we have already outgrown our original premises. We serve a large area from here; in fact, with our team of over 30 caregivers we coordinate delivery of a very local service by local people right across East Shropshire and South Staffordshire.”
Jenny believes that the secret of success is a combination of finding the right people and providing excellent support and training to enable them to give a first-class service. She continues:
“The client is at the forefront of everything we do and the whole ethos of Home Instead is special. We make sure that time is given to each client to ensure that we exceed their expectations.”
