I am writing to thank you and your caregivers for the all the support and compassion you have shown towards my aunt and uncle who both suffer from Alzheimer’s. At the beginning of the year, I was considering residential care due to their confusion and forgetfulness, and an incident where my aunt overdosed on her medication. The care agency at the time was failing in their duty by sending a myriad of different personnel, which only added to their confusion.
Home Instead was recommended by a friend, so I felt I had nothing to lose by making a quick phone call. Not such a quick call as it turned out. Within ten minutes you ticked all my boxes and I knew I was talking to the right people. After an hour we set up a meeting, and the rest is history as they say.
