We have been very impressed with the way your staff have coped with Mum and they have all acted very caringly and very professionally. Barbara has been a particular star. After Mum had an assessment by Social Services, we were allocated 4 hours per week respite care (but not allowed to use Home Instead!) starting just nine weeks ago in the middle of January. The service from the other care provider has been nothing like as impressive. I have already passed your details to a friend and I hope they will take up your service. You deserve to do well.- Mrs A
