At the request of Westgate School we attended their annual careers evening where pupils in Year 10 and 11 came along to find out about a variety of possible careers that they might follow in the coming years. The evening was well-attended by both pupils and their parents and we found ourselves having some in-depth conversations about care as a career, what the prospects for advancement are, what care actually involves and how the care industry is likely to change over time.
We thought that the pupils we spoke to were a credit to the school and their parents and we’d be happy to have them working for Home Instead in the years to come.
