Arthritis Care run a Cardiff Support Group which meets at the Maes Y Coed Community
Centre, Jubilee Gardens, Heath, Cardiff.
This group offers support and information, in a friendly environment, to anybody living with
arthritis. Home Instead help a number of clients with arthritis lead full and independent lives
and we recommend this group to anybody who suffers with this disease. The group is really
excellent and you get a nice cup of tea & a biscuit too!
