Our CAREGivers

CAREGivers from the Home Instead Senior Care Broadstairs team, gathered recently for a training and awards morning at St Peter’s Memorial Hall, Broadstairs.  Principal Care Manager, Linda Johnson, chaired the get-together and introduced modules on medication supervision, specialist dementia care and the range of qualifications now available to the team.

Awards were also presented to individual CAREGivers for their outstanding service achievements over the past year, as nominated by Home Instead Senior Care clients in the area. ‘Our team meets regularly,’ said Linda Johnson. ‘We share details of our day-to-day experiences so we all learn what our clients prefer, how they feel about our service and how we can continue to support people who prefer an independent lifestyle in their own homes. We have a great team spirit and this shows in the cheerfulness, enthusiasm and quality of our care.’
