Steve Willoughby, who runs the Brentwood office of Home Instead Senior Care, picked up a national award for outstanding staff satisfaction at the company’s national conference last month.
Home Instead Senior Care has developed a survey, called PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality), to monitor the quality of care it delivers. Through an exclusive partnership with J. D. Power and Associates, the company’s Caregivers and clients are routinely surveyed to ensure consistent delivery of high quality service.
Commenting on the award, Steve said: “We are committed to advancing quality to ensure we consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service. To do this we need contented and motivated caregivers and the PEAQ survey helps us to assure the highest quality of service and care for our clients.”
