Home Instead Senior Care in Barnet has teamed with Wiltshire Farm Foods in North London to provide a food tasting at Margaret Hill House, a sheltered housing facility in Crouch End.

Home Instead in Barnet helps clients at Margaret Hill House and we are particularly interested in nutritious meals for clients.

An issue we have recognised is having meals available when a client does not want to cook from scratch and here Wiltshire Farm Foods is a real advantage.  Residents at Margaret Hill House were able to sample six different meals and everyone enjoyed the event.

They were joined by Rhonda Challenger (standing), Scheme Manager at Margaret Hill House, Richard Rutty (behind counter), Wiltshire Farm Foods and Joseph Ajuwon (sitting, third from right) from Home Instead.

Dale Bevington of Home Instead Barnet said:  As an organisation we are interested in helping our clients in the best way possible to meet their needs.  Nutrition is a key issue, and with many older people living alone purchasing all of the ingredients for a balanced diet can be difficult, especially in small quantities.

Tasting events with Richard Rutty of Wiltshire Farm Foods helps us to inform our clients of ways to meet their nutritional needs, and the events are always good fun.
