Our carefully selected and well-trained staff.  Home Instead Senior Care only chooses CAREGivers who are passionate about assisting the elderly and enhancing the quality of their lives.  Every one of our CAREGivers are hand picked and each of them goes through a stringent screening, and an ongoing training programme to ensure that we only provide personal care services of the highest standards.

Our CAREGivers are matched to client’s personality, background and interests.  A personalised and individual care profile is created for all clients. This profile is used to choose the most compatible CAREGiver for the client.  If, for some reason, the client is not satisfied with the CAREGiver, we will provide a replacement immediately.

Your peace of mind. We understand that it is no small matter to have a CAREGiver care for you or a loved one at your residence. We perform criminal and DMV background checks on each one of our CAREGivers. As if this is not enough, the company insures all CAREGivers. This includes coverage for worker's compensation, employee dishonesty, forgery, theft, motor car, and disappearance. Home Instead Senior Care is accountable for all of our clients.

24/7 client support. You can lean on us in times of crisis. During any time of the day, if our clients encounter any type of home care emergencies or problems, our CAREGiver team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
