Signpost Rotherham is a means by which we can help local Rotherham charities and voluntary groups in the community sector (e.g older persons, care and disability) to raise their general profile on the Internet.
The Home Instead office in Rotherham was pleased to receive a very informative visit from Sharon Eccles of Foggy Friends on 29th June.
Sharon founded Foggy Friends as a local group aiming to provide social opportunities and health related activities beneficial to sufferers of chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome and its related health conditions.
Clients, family, friends and our own team of CAREGivers are now signposted to the friendship, support, hydrotherapy, swimming sessions, days out and meetings on offer to members of Foggy Friends.
The Foggy Friends Social Club also meets on the last Monday of every month – 1pm to 3pm at the Carlton Bar, Carlton Park Hotel Moorgate Road. New members who suffer from any of these types of issues are always welcome.
