Caring company creates 50 jobs
A local company specialising in at-home care for the elderly, is set to create 50 jobs over the next 6 months as it begins a large-scale recruitment drive for caregivers. Sue Dunster who owns Home Instead Senior Care in Oxford, has announced that after 3 years in business, she is on the hunt for around 50 new caring individuals to join the Home Instead team!
Sue comments “With an ageing population, caring for the elderly is a very important issue and we have found many people are pleased to learn that we offer a realistic ‘stay at home’ option. We are very grateful for the ongoing support we have had from members of the local community and as demand for our services continues to rise, we are actively looking to recruit around 50 new caregivers!”
“Although our existing caregivers come from a hugely varied background, the one thing they have in common is that they all have a real passion for helping others and caring for people in our local community. We provide all the necessary training and are a friendly, supportive team so professional experience is not essential. Whether you are 19 or 99, if you are a caring and compassionate person and would like to find out more, then we want to hear from you.”
