A new service specialising in caring for older people in their own homes has opened its doors in Bingham and owner Richard Aram is looking to create 40 new jobs in the area. Home Instead Senior Care will offer non-medical at-home care for older people living in East Nottinghamshire covering Bingham, Radcliffe-on-Trent, Southwell, Newark, and Melton Mowbray.
For owner Richard, 48, who lives in Scarrington this is an exciting new venture. He has worked for an international airline since 1997 and has always been committed to working within a team and delivering service to the highest of standards. Richard, who is supported by his wife Jo, is really keen to be able to give something back to the community and is looking forward to building a business which helps people in the local area.
Richard has experienced the issues of finding good quality home care for his grandfather, he commented, “Home Instead’s ethos of providing the highest-quality care for older people to allow them to live independently in their own homes is something that I feel passionate about. I am really excited about bringing this service to the area and providing a person centred care service which is built around the requirements of each individual. “
Richard is now on the look out for like-minded people to join his team. He comments, “We need people who want a rewarding and flexible career delivering care to people in their own homes. We offer full training so experience is not necessary but candidates must be caring, compassionate and keen to learn!”
Richard is married to Jo and they have 3 year old twins, a boy and a girl.
