Owner of Home Instead Leek and Moorlands, Carol Lovatt organised a Christmas coffee Morning at Assisted Living Facility Mount Pleasant in Leek. The funds raised were in support of the parkinson's group that meet at Mount Pleasant every two weeks. The tenants showed off thier talents as they took to the floor for the line dancing with Karen Carpeter singer Julie Gater.

A small prize draw followed and together the group raised £26.00. A big thank you goes to the tenants for their support. Helen Mellor, coordinator for the Parkin's group sent us this letter expressing her graditude for the donation commenting:

" Everything donated goes to make the lives of our members a little better. The money goes towards outings and treats like birthday presents. Thank you to Carol and the Home Instead Team and Tenants from Mount Pleasant for thier support. "
