Chris and Sue present a long service award to Gergana Vladimir
Owner of at-home care provider Home Instead Senior Care in Chester Chris Broadbent has recently gathered his team together for a celebratory meeting to recognise and thank his at-home caregivers who have gone above and beyond the call of duty.
Home Instead has been delivering at-home care to the people of Chester since 2007. Experiencing high demand for its high-quality level of care, the team of caregivers has expanded is now 90 strong. Chris wanted to reward all of his team for their hard work with a celebratory get together and raffle but also issued a series of awards to recognise the hard work and loyalty of certain team members.
Chris takes up the story: “Delivering care for older people in their own homes is a fantastically rewarding job. But it is also not without its difficulties and can be emotionally and physically very challenging. I wanted to say thank you to certain members of our team that have been exceptional – either through their loyalty or outstanding work going above and beyond for their clients.”
