The team at Home Instead South Bucks really captured the spirit of Christmas by hand finishing individual Christmas cakes for each of their clients. Susan, the wife of Home instead owner Michael Lawson, volunteered to put a kitchen team together and at one stage on a Friday evening in December, a team of 6 worked together to create the perfectly formed Christmas cakes.
Altogether, 27 man hours went in to producing the beautifully finished and packaged cakes and the Home Instead South Bucks team spent the week before Christmas delivering the cakes to clients along with Christmas cards and good wishes.
The response from clients was spectacular. Some of the feedback from clients included
“Thank you so much for the delicious Christmas cake, it soon went”
I've just found out that you very kindly left a Christmas Cake for Mum!!! Thank you so much, she's delighted!
The team are already planning the production plan for the cakes next Christmas
