At-home care company Home Instead Senior Care in Bolton held a celebratory gathering last week to mark its first birthday providing care to older people in the local community.
The event welcomed around 45 guests including, friends, clients and other local business people. The Mayor and Mayoress of Bolton Councillor Noel Spencer MBE and his wife Alice were also in attendance and cut the celebratory Home Instead cake as well as drawing raffle winners. Visitors also enjoyed entertainment from the local Dementia Choir as well as sandwiches, cakes and refreshments.
Home Instead Bolton owner David Deller comments: “A fantastic afternoon was had by all. Our birthday provided a great excuse to get together with those that have helped our business to flourish in its first year. The Dementia Choir’s performance was fantastic and it was great to welcome the local Mayor and Mayoress as well.”
David continues: “A number of our clients even ventured out to join in our celebration with their caregivers, and it was great to be able to thank them for their support with complimentary raffle tickets and plenty of tea and cake of course!”
