Local home care company Home Instead Senior Care in Waltham Forest and its army of dedicated caregivers have been busy delivering mince pies to over 50 clients in the run up to Christmas this year. As an owner of this at-home care provider for older people in the area, Ben Barraco decided to spread the festive cheer to those who may struggle to get out and about this Christmas.
Ben comments: "Due to the nature of our work, holding a Christmas party for our clients was not really an option. So we decided to take a little piece of Christmas to them!" He continues: "We cover a large area so have all been very busy making sure that all of our clients receive a festive cupcake or two - come rain or snow. It is especially important at this time of year that those who are home alone are not forgotten about in the hustle and bustle of the festive period and hopefully our little gift will bring a smile and spread the festive cheer!"
