New care Givers Finish December's Training programme
A local company specialising in at-home care for the elderly, is set to create 30 jobs in the next 6 months. Ray Warburton, the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Northampton is keen to recruit a huge number of new caregivers to help provide high-quality care for the local community.
Home Instead has now been providing at-home care for individuals in the local community for only a few months but has noticed such a high-demand for their services. Ray comments “We have only been operating since September and already have 12 new employees, but still cannot keep up with the demand”
He continues “With an ageing population, caring for the elderly is a very important issue and we have found many people are grateful to learn that there is now a realistic ‘stay at home’ option. As the word is spreading, we have gained many new clients in the area, and as a result we are actively looking to recruit around 30 new caregivers before Summer 2012!”
“Although existing caregivers come from a hugely varied background, the one thing they have in common is that they all have a real passion for helping others and caring for people in our local community. If you are a caring, compassionate, reliable person and would like to find out more, then we want to hear from you!”
