At-home care company, Home Instead Senior Care in Chester have linked with the Chester branch of the friendly society, Oddfellows, to provide members with information about the care that is available for elderly residents in the local area.
Chris Broadbent, owner of Home Instead in Chester talked to the members of Oddfellows, one of the oldest and largest friendly societies in the country in September, and is hoping to continue links with the organisation in the future.
Chris commented, “It was great to be able to talk to members of such a prestigious society and to be able to inform them of the care that is available in the local area. So many families struggle when caring for elderly residents, and so it is important that they are informed about the support available.”
Home Instead Senior Care provides tailored at-home care for elderly people, allowing them to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. The services they provide include meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship and errands.
