Along with many others in Edinburgh and around the country, we opened the Home Instead office doors to passers-by to join us for a cuppa in aid of Macmillan Cancer.
Each year Macmillan organise the world’s largest coffee morning to raise funds for the valuable work they do to improve the lives of people affected by cancer; both those living with cancer and also their families and carers. Last year c.£8m was raised. Hopefully that total will be surpassed this year.
Thanks to all the residents of Portobello who supported our event so generously; our team of carers for their baking and a special mention to Angela for keeping our younger visitors amused!
