Having completed three days of Caregiver Induction Training the whole office came together to celebrate and congratulate its newest team members. Caregivers were awarded training certificates, congratulated and applauded after which everyone enjoyed homemade cakes, scones with jam and cream. We take training very seriously, professionally trained Caregivers who have been thoroughly CRB and reference checked are in a position to provide the top quality care for which Home Instead is reknown. Similarly, the care and support of our Caregivers is a top priority, it is events such as a Cream Tea that allows us all to come together building a strong, happy, cohesive team environment.
A good time was had by all - we look forward to the next get together!
