Vyom Padania from Hayes picked up the Home Instead Senior Care national award and prestigious title ‘Caregiver of the Year’.
Vyom is one of those people who makes a massive difference to each and every dedicated to his work and is kind and caring. His very first client was a gentleman suffering a neurological disorder which causes amnesia. Symptoms can be managed with medication but proper nutrition and hydration are also important. Vyom re-planned this new client’s care and improved his clients care and improved his diet to give him every chance of a better quality of life.
Vyom has a natural ability to care which is wonderful to see. He certainly is a worthy winner and we are so proud that he works for us here in Ealing.
