Home Instead Senior Care which was established in Leicester in 2007 has expanded into larger premises at 95 London Road in Leicester. The business now employs 45 Caregivers to look after around 40 clients living in their own homes across the area and says that the new offices provide increased space to house excellent facilities enabling them to deliver on-going training for caregivers as it continues to recruit.
Business owner Lola Ojomo explains:
“The new offices are a huge step forward for the business. We now have a dedicated multi media training room and a ‘hands on’ training room complete with a hospital bed and hoist for manual handling training. We have also created a separate relaxation room for our caregivers, which is a place where they can take a break and sit down for a chat over a cup of tea and a biscuit.”
Lola continues:
“High quality care is at the heart of the service we provide and well trained, motivated caregivers are of paramount importance. The demand for our service shows that we are getting it right but we are never complacent and always looking to improve. And it’s not as if we have stopped growing yet! We are looking to recruit another 15 caregivers in the next few months and anyone interested in joining our team should get in touch.”
