The Stockport office of at home care company, Home Instead Senior Care was celebrating this week as one of their clients turned 80 years old.
Pauline and her husband are visited by their Home Instead Caregivers seven days a week, but after Pauline’s husband went to hospital she began to feel very lonely.
With her 80th birthday approaching Julie Bell, one of Pauline’s Caregivers, suggested arranging a celebratory party for her in the office with all of her Caregivers. Pauline was delighted with her party, everyone sang ‘Happy Birthday’ and enjoyed delicious afternoon tea and cakes.
Commenting, Pauline said “I think all of the Caregivers are brilliant and I have thoroughly enjoyed my party, it was very thoughtful of them.”
David Moore, owner of the Stockport office said “We are usually required to provide services such as personal care, home help and companionship but we are always flexible to our clients’ needs.
