Care Manager, Caroline Wright was one of the first Care Managers within the Home Instead family to carry out the newly launched Train the Trainer for Alzheimers Care at the National Office in Warrington. The new Alzheimers training enhances the current training that CAREGivers receive. It focuses on how Alzheimers can affect the individual and how the condition can progress. For our CAREGivers, we enable them, through the training, to focus on the person and not the Alzheimers so that they can support the individual in their own home and enhance their quality of life.
