Home Instead Senior Care in Horsham will this month celebrate the first year anniversary of opening their doors to provide at-home care to elderly people in the local area by creating jobs for around 40 new CAREGivers.
Home Instead’s service helps elderly people to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, helping them to maintain their independence. With the country’s elderly population growing at an ever-increasing rate, and social care budgets under pressure, demand for Home Instead Senior Care’s service is on the increase. This month will mark Home Instead Horsham’s first year in business, and as more and more people look at home care as an alternative to residential care, they are now expanding and looking to employ new CAREGivers.
Pearl is extremely proud of her dedicated and hardworking team of CAREGivers who provide a range of services which can include helping around the home, meal preparation, personal care and respite provision, as well as specialist assistance with Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
“We’ve seen the business grow steadily since opening as more and more people learn about our services,” said Pearl, who added: “We’re really happy to have been able to provide this service to local people, and we’ve had some fantastic feedback. I’m really excited about taking on a new group of caring, compassionate and like minded people so we can continue to do our work and care for even more of our elderly community.”
Home Instead services are tailored to the needs of individual clients and range from companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, post-discharge care, medication reminders, shopping and errands to personal care. The service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
