Home Instead Senior Care in Peterborough presented the first CAREGiver of the month award to Rebecca Southwell of Glinton, Peterborough on 2nd July 2012. Rebecca was presented with her certificate by Jenni Austin the Care Manager because of the positive response received from her clients whom Rebecca enjoys visiting and building relationships with.
Rebecca added ‘I was so happy, when I received the news that I had won this months award, it made my day!’.
Like all Home Instead CAREGivers Rebecca enjoys the continuity of care that is provided and knowing that she will always have a minimum of 60 minutes with her clients, which in turn means that both the client and CAREGiver get to build a professional relationship together.
