We had a stall at the Farnham Show on Saturday and it rained only once! The Carnival and Show have been a feature of Farnham’s summer scene for decades and is organised by two Farnham Clubs, The Lions and The Hedgehogs.
There were a number of stalls with a tombola, but as all proceeds from ours were going to The Alzheimer’s Society, it proved to be popular! There was a great atmosphere, with many local businesses and charities supporting the event. We enjoyed the carnival later in the day and listened to music from a string of local bands and artists.
Throughout the day, we met a number of caring individuals interested in joining our CAREGiver team. We also met health and social work professionals interested in hearing how Home Instead is at the forefront of providing care and support for those with dementia.
