Five new CareGivers were happy receive training certificates at Home Instead's Rotherham branch from Managing Director David Coldrick on 27th July.
Certificates are only given after (1) CareGivers complete our selection process, including detailed applications, interviews, enhanced CRB checks and supplying six referees; and (2) after they complete our intensive training, which is set at a standard which is well above the legal basics.
Training takes place in small groups led by our Care Manager Charlotte Bailey. This ensures there are good opportunities to ask questions and get the most from it.
At Home Instead Senior Care training never stops and that is great news for clients and CareGivers alike.
