On Sunday 3rd June the Home Instead Senior Care, Horsham office, joined in the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee celebrations by holding an afternoon cream tea party for friends and family at their Horsham office on the Graylands Estate.
Members of staff, their friends and family members were able to enjoy homemade scones, Victoria sandwich cake, English cherry cake and raspberry jellies, along with a variety of elegantly cut sandwiches provided by Jo Jo’s café, who also have a unit on the Graylands Estate.
Completing the menu was the royal favourite of cucumber sandwiches, cut into quarters in line with tradition. To add to the theme, food and drink was served on a variety of china tea plates, cups and saucers and a crystal sugar bowl.
Union flag bunting and pictures of Queen Elizabeth II decorated the office, which added atmosphere to the event.
