Active and Involved in Later Life
A morning of activities at St Francis Church Hall, Rider Haggard Road, Heartsease, Norwich, NR7 9UQ (bus routes 19 and 20)
Wednesday 11th July 2012 10.30 am to 2.30 pm
- Try out some fun activities that could be run for older people in the area
- Learn more about what support is available for older people
- Join the Norwich Older People’s Forum to hear about and discuss the issues that really affect older people in Heartsease
- Guest speakers
- A question and answer session
-The opportunity to make your voice heard
And afterwards…
…there will be a networking lunch for you to find out more about and perhaps join our Comic Relief funded project to empower the older people of Norwich.
Refreshments and a lunch will be provided for those who can stay. Please come long and find out how you can make later life a positive time for all
