The Cardiff office of national award winning care company, Home Instead Senior Care, which provides care in the home for 35 clients in the Cardiff area, is currently looking to double the size of their care team, creating 30 jobs in the area.
As the UK’s population ages, the need for care services will increase. Recent figures show that by 2025 there will be over 13 million people in the UK aged over 65, many of whom will require care.
Phil Batchelor, who owns and manages the business along with Care Manager, Trish Jones, says that demand for their service is on the increase and they urgently need more Caregivers to look after clients in all areas of Cardiff.

For people with no prior experience we provide a full training programme so any compassionate, reliable person who is interested in working in the sector should get in touch.”
