The Maidenhead and Henley branch achieved its CQC registration in record time, ensuring that it is set up to be fully compliant with the rigorous quality standards required by the Care Quality Commission for the provision of Personal Care in clients' own homes.

The Certificate was presented to Paul Westgarth, the Franchise owner, Kerry Huggett the Care Manager and Ruth Brown from the Home Instead National Office in a short ceremony at the Cookham Road office by the Mayor of The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Councillor Asghar Majeed just before Easter 2012.

Paul Commented:

"As a new business, achieving registration so quickly was good news for us.

It confirms that our systems, processes and quality procedures meet the requirements of the CQC under the Health and Social care act of 2008.

More importantly, it gives our clients and potential clients the confidence to be assured that we operate to the highest standards in delivering the care needed to enable them to continue to live fulfilling lives with dignity and respect, in their own homes, for as long as possible".
